GLEE TRIBUTE; three years later

(Info, details and long description nobody cares about, under the video on Youtube). This video is less a celebration of Glee as a tvshow, like the first video was, and more a “proud mama moment” for these amazing and talented people.

I started this photoset after reading this post, and I finished it today after a discussion with someone about how brilliant and completely original Rachel Berry’s character is, especially if compared to any other lead female character in any tvshow for teenagers now on television. I wish we’ll see more of this Rachel in the next episodes. I’m not gonna lose any time to explain why marrying Finn would be a terrible mistake, because anyone who cares even a little bit about this character should already know that…regardless any pairing preference.

Happy birthday talented, silly, amazing human being!

This video is pretty useless, but I had so much fun watching the Glee movie interviews, and I wanted to make some sort of “Best of”. I have to thank blame my dad if this video is here, because he’s letting me use his computer (otherwise I’d needed 5 years and a half to finish it on mine). I’m also working on my “Glee tribute - part 2” video, so if someone has any song suggestion or a request of something that you’d like to see in it, I would really really appreciate to hear it now, before the project is finished, and not after when I can’t change it anymore.

Lea Michele: she is born to be on a stage. If you saw the Glee live tour you must know what I’m talking about; she sings live perfectly, she makes sure to smile and to wave at the audience basically in every single song, she makes her own adorable choreography during the group numbers and she has fun, so that it is delightful to look at her!! I was lucky enough to be at the Glee live in the final show in Dublin, so that not only she was awesome, and talented and energic as usual…but she was also moved, touched and crying in basically every song. This is a short video tribute I made to thank Lea for all the passion and the enthusiasm she putted in every date of this long and exhausting tour. Never change adorable human being!

I had to reblog just in order to say how much I agree. As I already told in my previous post, she is incredible live! Not that I didn’t love her already before, but now it just can’t be otherwise.

The Glee live tour experience.

Two days ago I went to see the Glee tour in Dublin, and I need to share my feelings and all of the details with my tumblr family. I’m so glad I went, it was a surreal experience. It was funny to see all of those Gleeks and to meet some great tumblr crazy people, thanks to the girl who allowed me to picture her poster “Lebanese for Naya Rivera”, I loved it!

The matinée show was great, I had amazing seats and I could see them perfectly, it was so weird! Mark even touched my hand when he was going on stage during “Fat battomed girls”. I had fun and everything, but I wasn’t fangirling so much about the concert: of course I enjoyed it, but I figured I wasn’t extremely excited because I already saw the performances on youtube several times or maybe because everythig was so fast and short. Luckly I decided to go to the last show in the evening as well. Oh my God, it was really incredible!! I wasn’t bored at all to see the performances again, and it was so much better than the matinèe. I could feel that the atmosphere was completely different in the Arena, even before the cast came in. When “Don’t stop believing” started everyone stood up on their feets, it was unbelievable. We were all screaming, clapping, singing out loud and I could feel the ground under my feets moving! The cast was very moved, since it was their last show, and Lea basically was about to cry during every song and since the very first one (you adorable human being!!). It’s not easy to describe, but there was total anarchy, on and off stage. The security guys didn’t know where to start, since we were all taping and they couldn’t handle everyone. At one point they had to give up. And the cast wasn’t less under control than we were! Telly jumped on stage during “Lucky”, and so did Lea and Chris during “River Deep Mountain High”. Mark wore a Warbler jacket, Harry was shirtless, Dianna came on stage during “I want to hold your hand” with a Canon and started picturing the audience, Chord and Chris had water pistols, Heather and Naya kissed and all of those out of program you already saw all over tumblr! LOL

Don’t Stop Believing: when they started singing and the audience went crazy, the cast looked excited and pleasantly shocked. I’m not surprised that Cory twitted that it was one of the best show, with the best energy. It was unbelievable. At one point the Arena was singing so loud that I couldn’t hear Cory’s voice. Amazing. Lea kept hugging everyone on stage, starting from Jenna, then Kevin, Heather, Amber, it was so sweet. You could see she was really sad that everything was about to end. 

Lucky: A shy and high pitch Dianna Agron said to Naya after her skit something like “I mean, after 42 show you think she’ll know who is going to sing next!” and then blow her a kiss! Haha. As I said Telly arrived and Heather went there playing along with him. Dianna is undescribable, I won’t even bother trying to explain how perfect she is. Such an angel. 

River deep Montain high: everything was out of control! The best performance of the night in my opinion. Everyone was on stage, even Lea and Chris, and she started dancing along with Dianna (who tried to show her out to dance along with the coreography, hilarious! lolixoxo taped it - stay tuned lol). Mark arrived with huge baloons, Chord and Chris had warter pistols and kept chasing each other. Charlie and her tie also had some funny interactions with Heather and a cheerio dancer! 

Ain’t no way: Oh Amber. She is so damn talented. I’m not just saying that; I thought I knew how great she was, but then I heard her live and … wow. You have no idea. In the end I had chills.

I will also take some time to say how much more I admire and love Lea Michele after seeing this tour. She does know how to be on a stage and she is really professional: she sings live perfectly, she sings most of the tour songs and she never looks tired (like some of the others obviously were). She always takes a second to smile to the audience, to wave, to interact with them, and you can really see how gratefull she is to be there. She kept thanking us, and was even more excited and moved than we were. In the end she was crying, but as I said she was touched and teary eyed since the beginning. I don’t know how can people say she is a diva full of herself, because all I wanted to do was jump on stage and hug that adorable and silly tiny girl.

P.S. To the irish girl in front of me at the Gate, if you read this: I’m not a Lebanese. I wasn’t touching your ass or smelling you, I was just trying to breath and to move in the small space we were forced to share. Sorry. And to the stupid (possibly blind?) chick next to me, who said that Quinn is a bitch and that Dianna is even more horrible with her new haircut: you have to thank the girl I was talking about before, since my hands were stuck around her ass and I couldn’t move to punch you; and lolixoxo for avoiding me to start this diplomatic incident Ireland/Italy. Kindly fuck off! Giulia.

Puck: Wait, where’s Rachel? I mean I only noticed ‘cause like five minutes have gone by without her saying something totally obnoxious.

Dianna is adorable, Cory is hilarious, Lea is talented, Naya is amazing, Chris is a genius etc, and that is what I tried to show in this video. The final part focuses on how close, humble and crazy they all are!
